Information you provide

When you request a walkthrough, we collect the contact and company details you submit, your site range, selected plan interest, the problem you want to solve, and a record of your consent. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.

Basic marketing measurement

We record limited, first-party events such as page views and calls-to-action, along with the first landing page, campaign labels, and the referring website when available. When you first arrive in a browser tab, we create a random visit identifier and keep it with that tab's first-touch campaign details in session storage. We do not overwrite that first touch when you follow another campaign link in the same tab.

The random identifier groups anonymous events within that tab session; it is not an advertising cookie or a cross-session profile. Campaign links contain an opaque campaign identifier, not an identifier for you. Marketing-event records do not contain the contact details submitted through the walkthrough form or your IP address, and events older than 180 days are removed during event ingestion.

How we use information

• Respond to walkthrough and pilot requests.
• Understand which product areas and campaigns are useful.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
• Maintain request history and follow-up records for our sales process.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell the personal information submitted through this site. We may use infrastructure and service providers that process information for hosting, security, communication, or business operations, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Campaign attribution and requests

If you submit the walkthrough form, we store the applicable campaign identity and its source, medium, and campaign code with your request so we can understand how the request reached Tower. The tab-scoped visit identifier is not stored on your lead record. A campaign label alone is not used to associate your request with a managed Tower campaign.

Retention and security

Session storage is scoped to the browser tab session and is normally cleared when that session ends. We retain walkthrough requests only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, contractual or legal needs, and legitimate business records. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Send the request through the Tower contact form using the same email address.

Updates

We may update this notice as Tower’s services and business operations evolve. The effective date below identifies the current version.
